Tacos Del Alma is making their way to Minneapolis, MN in fall of 2024! This family owned business is on a mission to serve to soul of Mexico on a tortilla. Juanita is a Mexican American chef with passion for cooking. With a food truck and brick and mortar location set to open, we are ready to serve the city of 10,000 lakes with 10,000 tacos.

Concept:

I began by studying a brand released from a brand briefing account via instagram. I chose to build a business around a chef named Juanita with Mexican American heritage. With colors inspired by the brightly painted ceramic in her childhood home and authentic recipes, Juanita says that she chose the name of her business, after her late grandmother, Alma.
